Bill Van Bibber Joins World Market Center as
Director of Facilities

(LAS VEGAS) –October 31, 2007– World Market Center has named Bill Van Bibber, an executive with more than 20 years of experience, as Director of Facilities for its operation.

In his position, Van Bibber will support all aspects of World Market Center’s campus in regard to engineering, building maintenance, security and shipping and receiving for all buildings and phases, both present and future. He will also work closely with World Market Center’s construction and tenant improvement departments. Van Bibber reports to Gerald Sawyer, World Market Center’s Chief Operating Officer.
Most recently, Van Bibber worked for EJM Development, a major developer in Las Vegas, as director of facilities engineering, holding a similar position with Nevada Cancer Institute, a world class new medical research/treatment facility. He has extensive experience with large-scale buildings and handled facilities and engineering for 60-plus commercial buildings in the Houston area. VanBibber is also President of the Nevada Chapter of IFMA (International Facilities Managers Association).

Bill not only has tremendous track record with all types of facilities, but he brings an impressive construction, engineering and operations background as well.”
