Dallas Futon Works Great Value Line
For the last six years, Dallas Futon Works has been importing and wholesaling metal futon frames. They heard their customer's desire to buy all wood frames. As a result, one and one-half years ago, they added two new partners to put together a manufacturing plant and oversee its operations.
Dallas Futon Works (DFW) identified the need for a medium priced futon frame line made from 100% American Red Oak, including deck slats. Rather than use the 4 quarter-inch oak used by other manufacturers to make the futon bodies and arms, DFW decided that 5 quarter inch would give the product greater strength, durability, and, most importantly, provide an overall better value.
Because DFW wanted greater access to their products no matter how far away the retailers were located, they were willing to give up some profit margin. Customers on the east and west coasts are able to buy four to eight futon frames at a time, and still enjoy a great value.
The line offers six interchangeable futon arm styles in medium oak finish - four of the which are also available in natural oak finish. The line itself is available in full, queen, chair/ottoman, and love seat/ottoman.
Several hundred futon frames are in stock and ship with a two-day lead time, after approved credit.
