Shipping, Cost and Time Frame


Smaller Sized Items: Most standard size futon covers, furniture slipcovers, fitted mattress covers, skirted futon slipcovers, daybed covers, fabric by the yard, bed covers, pillows, pillow packs, bean bags and other soft goods are shipped out within 2 business days. All Custom Size covers, furniture slipcovers and soft goods are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, FPO and APO are shipped via Us Mail at additional cost of $10. All of our products are shipped from our Woodside, NY factory via FedEx Ground. Express service is available at an additional cost.

Large Sized Items: Furniture, Mattresses, Futon frames, bunk beds and other large oversized furniture are shipped via Common Carrier (trucking company). Shipping time is 3 to 15 business days depending on a product and carrier. These products can not be shipped express and are not shipped outside of Continental US. Please note: All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, Federal and Religious Holidays.

New York City and Local Delivery Area

Local deliveries are with in the New York tri-state area are , Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, Westchester, Upstate, Long Island and parts of New Jersey and Connecticut.

Daily Local delivery of futons to NYC: Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island and Westchester. All furniture may be fully assembled when delivered locally. Total cost of delivery and or assembly within local area is based on product size and number of flights and location.

Deliveries are scheduled once an order is approved and charged. You will be contacted by us and date and time will be specified at that time. *Most delivers are done that same day or the next business day.

Deliveries to other states

Due to FedEx, Us Mail and UPS shipping size and weight limitations large products such as furniture is shipped via Common Carrier (trucking company) in the continental US.
Common carrier, truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by us.
This service is a "Tailgate Delivery" or "Curb Side Delivery". Most of the time, the product is shipped on a pallet and the driver will only bring it the curb side or to your doorstep. A signature is required at the time of delivery. The drivers do not bring in or assemble the furniture, so please have someone there to help you carry the furniture in. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday.

International Shipments

Most of our slipcovers, futon covers, daybed covers and most soft goods are available for international shipping. Futon frames, futon mattresses, bunk beds and other large or oversized furniture are not available for International.
International shipping charges are calculated manually*. Any international order that is placed will be stored in our system until shipping charges have been calculated. We will contact you via email between 24 -48 hours from the date of the order and notify you of these charges before your order is processed. Your credit card is not charged until you have verified and accepted the charges. Shipping charges do not include tax, duty, or brokerage fees (if any) as these are billed separately and are a responsibly of the customer. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only.

Delivery acceptance instructions

Delivery must be signed for by the customer or an individual at least eighteen years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign for the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please inspect thoroughly for any damage, shortages, etc.
In the unlikely event that damage or a shortage has occurred in transit, make a notation on the waybill, retain applicable packaging materials, and notify us immediately at 718- 478-5609.

In the event that damage is not noted on the waybill when signing for the delivery or the applicable packaging materials are not retained, any claim for damage must be filed by you directly with the delivery company.
Before signing for delivery, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging/carton/crate and note any visible carton damage on the freight bill.
Only if damage exists on the packaging/carton/crate, quickly inspect the actual item for any damage. If there is damage to the item, note it on the freight bill, reject only the damaged piece, and keep the rest.
